 Juma Al Majid receives Nobel Peace Laureate Betty Williams

HE Juma Al Majid, Chairman of Juma Al Majid Center for Culture and Heritage, received on Sunday, December 13, 2015, Ms. Betty Williams Nobel Peace laureate, accompanied by Mr. Rakesh Haroorz, Director General of the Soka Gakkai International- Gulf, and Mr. O\'Shea Akash representative of the organization in South Asia and Middle East.

This visit comes on the occasion of the annual event hosted by the Soka Gakkai international organization in the Knowledge Village in Dubai under the banner (Creating Value - Fostering the Human Spirit). Betty Williams was the key note speaker in the event, and Juma Al Majid was chosen as an example for Emirati supporting characters that teach children and provide schools for them to continue their education, whether it be inside or outside the UAE.

During the event Juma Al Majid talked through a recorded interview  about  the importance of education, and he thanked Ms. Betty Williams and Soka Gakkai International organization for their efforts in children education and peace.
