The Centre organized on Saturday, August 20, 2016 papermaking workshop in collaboration with the kazan program, in partnership with the (Cadillac), which was held in the kazan park in Dubai, and was attended by a group of students from American and Australian university.

Mr. Mohamed Dali head section of restoration Publications in the Center, began with a review of the raw materials that make up the paper, which is burlap, linen, cotton and others, then it is converted to pure fibers, then mixing these fibers with the appropriate amount of water to form a pulp, then evenly distributed in the sieve allows the passage of water and the remaining fiber to form paper. In order to get rid of the moisture is being used various means, including electric irons, and after this stage we\'ve got a paper in which a high proportion of pure fiber, and this method is that was used in ancient times for manufacturing manuscripts, papers, other than industrial paper today, which includes a high proportion of fiber wood that lead to be dray in a relatively short period of time.
