Juma Al Majid Center for Culture and Heritage in Dubai concluded a specialized scientific course entitled “Scribing Traditions and Methods of Exploring the Manuscript Text”, which was held for two days at the Center’s headquarters in Dubai. And exchange at Umm Al-Qura University previously.
The course targets the category of researchers who are interested and engaged in the verification of heritage in order to make them aware of the symbols and abbreviations used by many copyists and to provide them with the skills of exploring them, so that this will help them in presenting verified texts of high quality.
